The current document contains 36 additional criteria and five new principles. Seven of these criteria are critical criteria. Cattle farms seeking certification audits will be evaluated based on the 135 criteria (including 22 critical criteria) of both the SAN - Sustainable Agriculture Standard and SAN - Standard for Sustainable Cattle Production Systems.
